1+1=3. Solarix helps in winning design tender. Commissioned by architect Du Croq&van Zutphen, Solarix designed the facade for the new building on Staalweg in Delft. The facade fits in seamlessly with the design, thereby gaining identity and sustainability. The concept proved to be of decisive importance in the tender process. The storey-high facade creates a strong unity with the building design. Wrapped around the building, with different textures and orientations, Solarix thus makes a significant contribution to the appearance.

As solarix we are taking on a new challenge here to design the facade as a prefab total element: maximum energy yield, blocking noise nuisance, aesthetically pleasing design and easy to install quickly. A very nice challenge that our team is working on!
